The three packages and what each one is for
The Flag Football Tournament is $1,500 and is the straightforward one: a real tournament run for your group, with actual coaches officiating and organising it rather than a parent trying to keep thirty children in formation. It suits a birthday for a child who plays, or a team or class group who want a competitive afternoon.
College Signing Day is $2,000 and exists for a specific and genuinely significant moment: an athlete committing to a program. Treating that as an event rather than a signature on a kitchen table is the difference between a milestone a family remembers and a photograph nobody took. The academy is well placed to run it, because the staff have all been through the version of that day that leads somewhere.
The NFL Draft Party is $3,000 and is the largest of the three. It is the celebration package, built around the draft as an occasion, for a family or group who want the full production rather than a field booking.

Why the coaching staff matters at a birthday
The reason to book a football party at a football academy rather than a general venue is that the people running it can coach. A group of nine-year-olds at a tournament will produce at least one child who has never played, one who is much bigger than everyone else, and one who does not want to be there. Handling that is a coaching problem, and this staff are former professional players who have spent years working with youth athletes.
It also means the football is real. Teams get organised properly, rules get explained so every child understands what they are doing, and the games are actually competitive rather than chaotic. For a child whose birthday it is, having a former NFL player run their tournament is the part they will tell people about at school.
The academy's coaching approach applies at an event the same way it does at practice. Connect, correct, reconnect means a child who makes a mistake in front of their friends gets taught rather than shown up, which matters a great deal more at a party than it does at training.
Chapter 03
Booking, lead time and what to ask
Call the academy on (972) 269-5188 or email admin@g1footballacademy.com with the date you want, how many children or guests are coming, and their rough ages. Those three things determine almost everything else, and the staff can tell you quickly whether the date works and which package fits the group you are describing.
Give as much lead time as you can. These packages need coaching staff assigned to them, and the same people run league teams and the 7v7 national team, whose tournament weekends across Texas and Florida are already on the calendar. A date requested well ahead is a date that can be staffed properly.
It is worth saying what is not published. The academy lists three package prices and does not publish what each includes line by line, so ask directly what your package covers on the day rather than assuming from the price. The planned G1 facility, with a study hall, nutrition bar, weight training, indoor field access and a player lounge, is a stated future goal rather than somewhere you can book an event today.
