Kindergarten flag through a 16U national 7v7 team. The jerseys read GOD FIRST across the chest, the position coaches started in the NFL and the CFL, and the curriculum counts schoolwork, digital literacy and NIL-safe conduct as part of the athlete.

G1 is a development organization before it is a team. Athletes arrive at five and six years old in flag, move up through tackle at third and fourth grade, and the ones who want the next level go on the 7v7 national team and travel. Nobody gets lost in the middle of that, which is the part the academy is built around.

Correction here is teaching, not volume.
The academy's own coaching cycle: connect with the athlete first and build trust, faith and relationship. Correct by teaching the fix rather than criticising the mistake. Then reconnect, so every player leaves knowing the lesson came from care and not control.

GOD FIRST sits above the number, not in a mission statement.
“We strive to cultivate diversity and brotherhood, building teams that look like heaven, while keeping God, love, and community at the core of everything we do.” That is the academy’s own line, and it is the reason the program describes itself as God, family, football, in that order.

The academy’s stated aim is an athlete who checks the boxes universities look at, and those boxes stopped being only athletic some time ago. So the program runs three things most youth academies do not run at all.
- NIL-safe behavior curriculum
- Name, image and likeness money reaches younger athletes every year, and conduct online is now part of what a recruiter evaluates. G1 teaches that as a subject rather than leaving a fourteen-year-old to work it out on a phone.
- Digital literacy and education support
- Tutoring that keeps athletes thriving in school sits inside the program, because character building and academics carry real weight in scholarship offers.
- Scholarships and mentorship for underserved youth
- The academy’s position is that cost should never be the barrier, and it supports families through every stage rather than at sign-up only.

The youngest league team is Kindergarten flag, and the age ladder runs from there through 1st grade flag, 3rd and 4th grade tackle, and the 7v7 national team at 8U, 10U, 13U and 16U. Position training sessions are one to one or small group, so they are set to the athlete rather than to a grade. Call the academy on (972) 269-5188 with your child's age and what they play and a coach will tell you where they fit.
Former professional players. Ramon Broadway was a three-year starter and captain at Arkansas before playing in the NFL with the San Diego Chargers and the CFL with the Edmonton Eskimos. Ron Brooks was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the fourth round in 2012 out of LSU and later played for the Philadelphia Eagles. London Crawford played 37 games at Arkansas with 17 starts and later signed with the Houston Texans. Lawann Latson played for the New York Giants and New Orleans Saints and has more than fifteen years coaching and player development behind him. Founder Jose Gamino came through FC Dallas Academy, Real Madrid's development program and IMG Academy.
Position session rates are published by coach: Coach Lawann Latson is $100 per hour, Alex Marley is $90 per hour for strength and conditioning, and Coach London Crawford is $75 per hour. League team and 7v7 costs depend on the season and the division, so call or send a message and the academy will give you the figure for your athlete's group. Birthday and event packages are $1,500 for a flag football tournament, $2,000 for a College Signing Day and $3,000 for an NFL Draft Party.
No. There are no scheduled camps for Fall 2026 and the next camps are planned for Spring 2027. League teams, 7v7 and position training sessions all continue in the meantime, so a camp is not the only way in.
