Coach Latson brings more than fifteen years of coaching, recruiting and player development. A former professional player with the New York Giants, New Orleans Saints, Ottawa Rough Riders and London Monarchs after a college career at Northwestern State University, he has coached and developed athletes who advanced to the NFL, among them Tank Dell, KaVontae Turpin, Trent Taylor, Terrace Marshall Jr., Tyler Hudson, John Stephens Jr. and Calvin Jackson Jr. His college coaching stops include the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, Miles College and the University of Arkansas at Monticello. At G1 he oversees the offensive system, skill development, position fundamentals, game preparation and the academy's offensive identity.
